How are the artworks packaged?
At Lyvvy Art Studio, we understand that every painting is a unique piece of art that deserves careful protection. Each artwork is professionally packaged based on its size, format, and shipping requirements to ensure it arrives safely.
Stretched & Framed Artwork
For stretched canvas and framed paintings, we use strong protective packaging with multiple layers of cushioning. Larger or more delicate artworks may be secured with reinforced packaging to help prevent damage during international transportation.
Canvas Only Artwork
For unframed canvas orders, the artwork is carefully rolled and placed inside a durable protective tube. This method provides excellent protection for larger paintings and allows for more efficient international shipping.
After delivery, the canvas can be professionally stretched or framed locally according to your preference.
How long does delivery take?
Each artwork requires dedicated time and attention from our artists.
Production Time:
Custom oil paintings usually take approximately 2–3 weeks to complete, depending on the size, complexity, and details of the artwork.
Shipping Time:
International shipping is handled by reliable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or other trusted logistics providers. Delivery usually takes approximately 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and local delivery conditions.
We will cover all customs duties, import taxes, and related customs fees worldwide. If your local customs authority or courier requires you to pay any fees before delivery, please complete the payment first to avoid delays. After payment, simply send us the customs invoice or payment receipt, and we will reimburse the customs fees back to you.

We work with trusted international shipping partners, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other reliable carriers, to ensure your artwork is delivered safely and efficiently.
For oversized or special artworks, we may arrange additional professional transportation solutions.

How much does shipping cost?

Is my artwork insured during delivery?
Yes. We carefully protect every shipment throughout the delivery process.
If your artwork arrives damaged due to transportation issues, please contact us with photos and details, and our team will assist you with the appropriate solution.
If I purchase multiple artworks, will they arrive together?
Whenever possible, multiple artworks from the same order will be packaged and shipped together.
However, depending on artwork size, production schedules, and shipping requirements, some orders may arrive separately.
Can I send artwork as a gift to another address?
Yes. We can ship your artwork directly to the address provided at checkout.
