In most cases, your artwork will be delivered directly to your address without any additional customs charges.

After receiving your payment receipt or customs invoice, simply contact our customer support team, and we will fully reimburse the customs-related costs back to you.

How will I receive my order confirmation?
Once your payment has been successfully completed, an order confirmation email will be sent automatically to the email address provided during checkout.
The confirmation email includes your order details and purchase information. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?

Custom Oil Paintings: After placing your order, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours. Once the 24-hour period has passed, we will begin the painting process and prepare your artwork according to your requirements. Since each piece is individually created specifically for you, cancellations are no longer possible after production begins.

When will I receive my order?

Returns for Ready-Made Artwork
For non-custom artwork, we accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The artwork must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Please keep the original packaging whenever possible.
- Return shipping costs may apply for returns caused by personal preference or a change of mind.

What should I do if my painting arrives damaged?
We carefully package every artwork to ensure safe delivery. However, in the rare event that your painting arrives damaged during transportation, please follow these steps:
1. Keep all packaging materials
Please do not throw away the box, protective materials, or any packaging, as they may be required for the shipping claim process.
2. Take clear photos
Please take photos of:
- The outer package damage
- The protective packaging materials
- The damaged areas of the artwork
3. Contact us within 48 hours
Please send us the photos and details of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review the situation promptly and provide the best solution, which may include repair assistance, replacement artwork, or a refund depending on the circumstances.
Can I return or exchange a commissioned custom oil painting?
Because each custom painting is individually created based on your photos, preferences, and requirements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after the artwork has been completed and shipped.
To ensure you are satisfied with your custom artwork, we provide a confirmation process before delivery:
- Artwork Preview: We will send detailed photos of the completed painting before shipment for your review.
- Adjustment Requests: If there are reasonable changes needed, our artist will make adjustments to help ensure the artwork meets your expectations.
- Final Approval: Your artwork will only be shipped after the completion review process.
